Processing & Shipping Times
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). Once your order is processed, it will be shipped and delivered within 3–7 business days. Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after dispatch. If you have not received your tracking email after 3 business days, please contact us at support@calibergroominguk.com.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship across the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. If your address is not available at checkout, please contact us — we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping Fees
Shipping is free on all UK orders, with every order fully tracked. From time to time, we may offer additional shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on our website.

Discreet Shipping — Always
Every order ships in a plain kraft box with no branding, no logos, and no indication of what's inside. The return address reads "CBR Fulfilment." Your privacy is our priority.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
Once your package leaves our fulfilment centre, the shipping carrier assumes responsibility for delivery. Every order is fully tracked and insured against loss or damage in transit. If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact us at support@calibergroominguk.com — we'll open an investigation with the carrier and make it right.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot guarantee changes once your order has been processed. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for reshipping fees.
